About Austria Homes

Austria Homes is an English-language presentation of Austrian residential property, with an emphasis on how a home fits your everyday life. Your contact is Dipl.-Ing. István Parajdi of Parajdi Immobilien in the Gratkorn and Graz area.

A home begins with your priorities

You may be planning a move, looking for a place to spend part of the year or considering a property for a later stage of life. Explaining that context helps focus the conversation on the features and locations that matter to you.

Make the enquiry personal and practical

• Describe your household’s needs and the places you expect to travel to.
• Identify the features you regard as essential and those you could compromise on.
• Send a small selection of property links and explain what attracts you to them.
• Share your budget range and likely timetable for viewing or moving.

From an appealing listing to an informed choice

The details behind a home matter: occupation, running costs, condition and what is included can all affect your decision. Information should be checked for each property, and specialist legal, tax and financing questions should be discussed with qualified professionals.

This website provides a starting point for choosing a home and preparing those questions. Contact István Parajdi to discuss the available properties and arrange the next step in your search.
